Chef Fraser’s passion to cook for friends and family has taken him across 3 continents to seek out fundamental ingredients and techniques that are used through out the world.  His education includes a bachelors degree from Johnson & Wales University, Miami and certifications in cuisine, pastry, and wine from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris.

International work experiences include two years at A. Beauvilliers, Paris, France, one year at the Restaurante Bistrot, Forte die Marmi, Italy and 6 months at the Southern Royal Hotel in Madras, India where he was a guest lecturer in American cuisine and was professionally instructed in Indian cuisine and techniques.  Experiences in the United States working with excellent restaurants and chefs include Stars in San Francisco, The Green Room in Dallas and Baang in Greenwich, CT.

From the passion and the cumulative knowledge in culinary arts leading from over 20 years of experience, Chef Fraser has had the desire to share his understandings with others. For the past 8 years he has been educating our future chefs working with Le Cordon Blue, Miami and now brings his talents to the west coast of Florida working with the Veteran's Foundation in Cape Coral to inspire a new crop of chefs with a sustainable message.
